How do I become a ColorInc customer?
Simply fill out the application
and then log in to your account manager. Once in your
control panel, you can send and track orders easily.
How do I change the information you have for me on file?
Simply log in to your account manager and click the "Edit Info" link. Make any changes, and be sure to press "submit" when finished. You will see a "success" message when your account info has been edited successfully.
How do I redeem my gift card?
Go to http://www.colorincprolab.com/activate.php
How do I know my order was received?
For each order you submit, you should receive a confirmation e-mail message. (Note : It make take up to one hour before you receive a confirmation e-mail for your order.
Additionally, for ROES and LabPrints orders you can log in to your account manager to track the order status.
How do I track my shipment?
Simply log in to your account manager and click "track orders".
Photo and Print FAQ's
How much room should I leave for text on an image?
Images should have a 1/4" bleed. We cannot guarantee that text or image will not be lost outside that border.
How can I keep the die cut from cutting too much into my image?
Add 1/8" to your crop. (ROES will draw an approximate border where the die cut will be. This is visible when ordering wallets.)
What file types and profile should my picture be?
All files must be JPEG format and must be in sRGB color space. (see order policies)

What are the system requirements?
Any recent computer should run ROES. The minimum system requirements are...
- 500mhz processor
- 256mb RAM
- 500mb free disk space
ROES is supported on
Windows 2000, XP, 2003, and Vista
Mac OSX 10.3 and newer
Linux 2.4 and newer.
Why won't ROES won't open on my computer?
Be sure that Java is installed properly on your computer. In Windows, click "Start", then "Run". Type in cmd.exe and press Enter. Type in java -version
On Mac OSX, Open Finder, go to the Applications folder, open the Utilities folder, open Terminal. Type in java -version.
How do I add images to my order?
(or) Why can't I drag pictures over?
After opening ROES for the first time, and closing out the extra windows, you'll be at the main order window. First, select the "Folder" button on the right, and select the folder of images you would like to order from. (This does not order images, just opens them for viewing). To place a picture in your order, first select "Sizes", then select the Catalog you'd like to order from. (For instance, to order an standard 8x10, you would select "Standard Prints" as your catalog.) Then, click the "Sizes" button a second time, and select the image size you would like to order. Once you have done this, you can easily drag and drop images into the white box on the left hand side of the screen and add them to your order.

My images have a DEMO watermark!
LabPrints requires registration with LabPrints to operate. To do this, select TOOLS -> Software Registration in LabPrints. Please note, that this information goes to LabPrints, not us at ColorInc. We can not give you your LabPrints account info, nor can we help with forgotten passwords or registration issues.
Can I rename my LabPrints order once I've created it
