To access this field in ROES, click the "Review Order" button at the bottom of the main ROES window. Then click the "Notes / Promo Code" button (see picture on right).The "Notes to Lab" field (or Notes / Promo Code) is an area specifically reserved for any important information we need to know to process and print your order. This field is often used for promotional codes, special requests, or other important information.
