Shipping & Handling
Shipping & Handling is FREE on all orders that meet the lab $15.00 order minimum. However, please note that a non refundable small order handling fee of $8.50 will be applied to ALL orders under that do not meet this criteria.
- Orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail or USPS First Class depending on weight.
- Oversized prints (24x30 and larger) are subject to an additional $55.00 handling fee.
- Expedited shipping options are available and include: USPS Express, UPS Next Day Air & UPS Ground services. Shipping upgrades are available though ROES and can be selected during order review. Limited to the Continental United States; 20x30 and Smaller.
VIP Rush Processing
For our photographers on-the-go, $3.99 VIP Rush processing places your order at the top of the stack in our processing queue. If your order is in by 12 noon (EST), it will ship out yet that business day and is the current default selection in the order review process.
- We are not responsible and are excused from performing due to events outside of our control. This may include, but not limited to acts of God, weather realted delays and postal service holdings or delays.
Drop Shipping
Drop Shipping is available for both domestic and international orders in ROES for an additioanl $4.99 handling fee. Please note that all standard Shipping & Handling policies still apply.
- Drop Shipped packages will not include an invoice, unless otherwise requested.
International Shipping
Shipping outside of the United States is available through the US Postal Service. Tracking numbers for all orders will be provided via e-mail and can be viewed by logging into your account via the Color Inc Client Control Panel.
