In order to better serve you in the most efficient manner, we are re-structuring our packaging options in ROES/ROES Events for your volume School and Sports orders. Packaging options are going from a flat rate (or individual unit fee) to a percentage fee based on the total of your the order. This change to our packaging system for School and Sports orders will help to ensure quicker processing times.

Here's what's new:

• If you handle your own packaging, no changes apply.

• 8x10 and smaller - Economy Package by Student ICS | Clear Bags on Chipboard for 60¢/student OR flat rate $35 when ordered with Labels or Package Separator or $60 if your order does not include Labels or Package separator.

• 8x10 and smaller - Recyclable Econo Pack by Student ICS |Paper Bag on Chipboard for .60¢/student OR flat rate $$35 when ordered with Labels or Package Separator or $60 if your order does not include Labels or Package separator.

• 8x10 and smaller - Windowed Envelope by Student ICS | Windowed Envelope on Chipboard for 70¢/student OR flat rate $40 when ordered with Labels or Package Separator or $65 if your order does not include Labels or Package separator.

• 8x10 and smaller - DELUXE Package by Student ICS | Clear Bags on 4-Ply Board for $1.20/student OR flat rate $55 when ordered with Labels or Package Separator or $80 if your order does not include Labels or Package separator.

In ROES, we've introduced a package label separator button for easy manual batch orders (see below). There is no extra charge for the package separator and the best part is - you can still pick your preferred packaging at checkout!

If you choose to have us handle the packaging without utilizing Labels or Package Separator, an additional 4 business days will be required to ensure proper packaging and a 20% packaging/processing fee of the entire order is added.
