Angela Lawson is an International Award Winning photographer, a Certified Professional Photographer, and has earned her Photographic Craftsman and Master of Photography Degrees thru PPA. She is currently working toward her Master Artist Degree, and just took the judges training workshop in March 2022 to work towards becoming a PPA juror. She started in photography 20 plus years ago, back in the days of film, and has seen many changes in the industry. Along with industry changes, she has had several large focus changes in her own business. In 2013, she found herself narrowing her focus to several specialties, pet portraiture being the one to take the lead. Having worked as a veterinary assistant for several years (as she was just learning photography), working for the DNR as a volunteer animal rehab foster home, as well as volunteering at several Humane Societies and animal rescue organizations, she has a unique perspective on how to work with animals. It doesn’t hurt that she has a soft spot for anything with fur, feathers, or even scales!
Currently a PPA Council Member, on the PPA Certification Committee, a CPP Liaison, a member of Professional Photographers of Michigan, and Past President of Professional Photographers of Western Michigan.

Brad Barton is a North Texas based artist who tells people’s stories and captures their emotions in sometimes fantastical, sometimes bizarre, sometimes surreal ways. Using his imagination, camera, and digital tools, he has created work for clients big and small. His work has been published in nationally distributed books and magazines, has been featured in feature length motion pictures, and has won numerous awards.
His book from Amherst Media titled Retro Glamour & Pinup Photography was published in January 2017. His second book, Beautiful Monsters was published in May 2018 and he is now working on his next book, Seven Seas, targeted to be published before the end of 2019.
He holds Master of Photography and Photographic Craftsman degrees from Professional Photographers of America and continues to teach and write about art and photography. #ImaginationCaptured

Mark served on PPA’s Certification Committee, writing the test that all photographers must take to become Certified Professional Photographers and continues to serve as a Print Competition and Certification Juror.
Mark is also a Photoshop Instructor, lecturer and former President of the Texas Professional Photographers Association and continues to serve as the Chairman of TPPA’s Print Competition Committee.
June 2017, Mark was awarded PPA’s National Award in Houston Tx., the highest honor a PPA Affiliate can bestow upon a member photographer. Mark is a member of Team USA at the World Cup of Professional Photography held Summer, 2020 in Rome, Italy.
