Shipping Damages

Should you receive a damaged print, please be sure to follow the steps listed below.

Reporting Shipping Damage

Keep all damaged materials including prints and packaging. Take a snapshot of the damages and send them to info@colorincprolab.com with the ROES order ID in the subject line (i.e. Shipping Damage R198455) as soon as possible to report your claim. A customer service representative will respond within 24 business hours and provide you with instructions on replacing the damaged prints.

Damaged packages are subject to the following policies:

  • keep the damaged materials (including prints, and packaging)

  • report a damaged shipment to us within five business days of package delivery.

  • send in the same order for reprints (same images, same quantity, etc.)
