All Un-mounted prints 24x30 and Larger will be rolled and packaged within a 3.25" Core cardboard tube.

Tracking numbers for all orders will be provided via e-mail and can be viewed by logging into your account via the Color Inc Client Control Panel.

Track Packages Online

Color Inc uses USPS Priority shipping for all standard packages, and allows customers to select shipping upgrades on a per order basis. Packages always leave the lab in perfect condition and receiving a damaged print or package is extremely rare. Should you receive a damaged print, please be sure to follow the steps listed below.
Reporting Shipping Damage
Keep all damaged materials including prints and packaging. Take a snapshot of the damages and send them to email@example.com with the ROES order ID in the subject line (i.e. Shipping Damage R198455) as soon as possible to report your claim. A customer service representative will respond within 24 business hours and provide you with instructions on replacing the damaged prints.
Damaged packages are subject to the following policies:
You must keep the damaged materials (including prints, and packaging)
You must report a damaged shipment within five business days of package delivery.
You must send in the same order for reprints (same images, same quantity, etc.)
